*Standard shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail 1st class and worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard, which transfers to local services in the country specified at checkout. Tracked shipping is available as an option if you prefer, please choose in the drop down menu at checkout.
*We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have left our hands.
*We will do our best to help the item glide through customs, but if any import taxes are incurred, the buyer is responsible for paying these. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid import fees, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
